<p>My father recently found quite a few slides from 1948 and had them digitized for various reasons. One of those reasons probably wasn&#8217;t so that I could mess around with them with Photoshop, but I did anyway.</p>
<p>Above is my version of my grandfather&#8217;s dive into a wonderfully blue pool. A bit different than the original slide below. It&#8217;s amazing what 60 years can do to a photograph&#8230;</p>

I was up at KZSC, just having finished my show, and the lights went out. &#8216;This is bad&#8217;, was the thought of all of us there &#8211; as it&#8217;s hard to broadcast radio without power. There was some emergency power, but routed in strange ways, and soon the next show was good to go. Topher and I decided to explore campus, so obviously we headed to porter. Tons of people there, dancing, raving, drumming, etc, and good times were had by all(most).</p>
