Remember Sim City 2000? your “board of advisors”? Who all were really just CRAZY? Well, maybe not entirely crazy, but I came across this page today that shows exactly what would happen if they were as crazy as I remember. Check it out, it’s hilarious.

And speaking of Sim City, who is one of the new characters in the upcoming Super Smash Bros? Dr Wright – that’s right, he makes you the mayor. And in Super Smash Bros, can erect skyscrapers out of nowhere. It’s going to be amazing. Look!

this is great – a flash based choose your own adventure game with so many endings and so many deaths it’s hard to keep track. try to get eaten by a zombie, have hitler steal your time-travel machine, kill shakespeare, or just have some fish sticks. so yes – go here.

so yes, one of the best comics i’ve ever read, sam & max – freelance police, recently came out with a computer game that made me bring my old PC back from the dead. it also made me dig up my copy of the collected comics, and reread it a few times. wanting another, less beaten-up version, I looked online, only to find out it’s selling for over $200. yikes.

as that’s a little pricey, I put together a pdf version instead. it’s about 80mb, and up for download here for all of those who enjoy well written and hilarious comics and have a good internet connection. as not too many of you read this, it shouldn’t kill any bandwidth, but we’ll see. oh, and of course, if anyone minds this being up here, like the creator, steve purcell, please let me know. I figure this is a good thing, not bad, as I doubt many would support the people selling copies for hundreds of dollars. but then again.. why hasn’t it been reprinted??

oh, and yeah, my house has no roof. it’s a bit drafty, and it’s supposed to rain tomorrow. i’ll post some pictures soon.
