So, I guess this blog has turned into a portfolio of sorts showcasing my work, with the occasional non-me-related think I find awesome. Well, this time I have something that falls into both categories.

Inspired by my housemate, Christopher, doing his rapping thing as usual, my other housemate and I decided that his “name” maddbadger deserved some making fun of. And perhaps some badgering. An idea was born – make the badger badger flash animation into Christopher.

After a few hours of re-learning After Effects, and wishing over and again that I simply had the original .fla file to work with, I created the amazing maddbadger.com – go look, even if you don’t know him.

I guess this (and similar things) is what happens when I have a bit too much free time on my hands. I’m slightly worried what will happen to the interwebs when I graduate next month. Yikes.

so yes – this is some shots from breakfast in the dominican republic. and yes, that’s where kristan and I were last week, at my sister’s wedding. it was super fun, and we’re off again to see her (and husband) in nevada city wednesday evening. much fun to be had, and much work to be done until then.
