no iphone for me

well, I tried. I really tried to like the iphone, and make it work. but alas, it just isn’t a smartphone. compared to my HTC hermes, it’s a very shiny cell phone, that does a few things very well. what can’t it do that I need?
- handle gmail very well, as I just use the webmail
- voice dialing, which is amazing for the car
- a to-do list. I mean, seriously?
- sync with google calendar without paying spanning sync (goosync)
- download ringtones over the air
- control my mac via bluetooth (salling clicker)
- and so much more
sadness. I really hoped that it would work out better than that. damn.
nice sad iphone. did you make it?
and i’m confused. did you own one?
